As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle with mid-sized companies, ensuring revenue targets are met and contributing to Octaprice’s expansion in Brazil and the United States. You will receive qualified opportunities to advance through the sales funnel and close deals. You may also prospect new opportunities, particularly for strategic accounts, if the volume of generated opportunities is not enough to meet your targets.
Profile we’re looking for:
Proactive, organized, and team-oriented
Excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management
Clear and persuasive communication in Portuguese and English
Results-driven, autonomous, and able to work with minimal guidance
Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify mid-market accounts, building a consistent pipeline
Conduct discovery meetings, platform demonstrations, and commercial presentations
Negotiate proposals and contracts, aligning commercial terms with company goals
Close deals and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
Manage sales forecasts and report activities in CRM (Pipedrive)
Collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, and marketing teams to maximize conversions and retention
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of B2B technology sales experience
At least 2 years working with mid-sized companies
Advanced English, fluent for conducting negotiations
Proven track record of meeting targets and closing deals

As Head of Ecommerce at Octaprice, you will be the company’s primary internal reference for the ecommerce ecosystem, acting as a strategic bridge between our clients and internal teams. Your mission will be to deeply understand the challenges and pain points of the Ecommerce Heads we serve, translating these needs into strategies, improvements, and solutions that enhance the value delivered by Octaprice.
Profile we’re looking for:
Strategic vision and in-depth knowledge of the ecommerce landscape in Brazil and internationally
Excellent communication and relationship skills with C-level executives and department heads
Ability to turn client insights and pain points into actionable initiatives for product, sales, and marketing
Clear and persuasive communication in Portuguese and English
Results-driven and proactive, able to work autonomously
Responsibilities:
Serve as the internal expert on Ecommerce Head profiles, supporting sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams
Participate in strategic client and prospect meetings to map needs and identify value opportunities
Structure and share insights on ecommerce trends and best market practices
Assist in creating value propositions, use cases, and commercial approaches aligned with client needs
Collaborate with the product team to guide improvements and new features
Represent Octaprice in events, forums, and initiatives related to the ecommerce ecosystem
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably leading operations or strategic projects
Advanced English, fluent for client interactions and presentations
Experience with ecommerce metrics, operations, and strategies in medium and large companies
Proven experience interacting with high-level executives and ecommerce leaders
